title: Media Library
description: Find generated images and videos, inspect their details, rename them, and reuse images as product thumbnails.
---

Media Library gives you a filterable visual record of generated project images and videos that can be reused later.

## Entry path

Open a store project → **More** → **Library**. The destination opens the **Media Library** page.

You can also open it from the asset tray in [Creative Studio](./creative-studio).

## Before you start

- Generate or save media in a supported Runner flow.
- Know whether you are looking for an image or a video.
- For product thumbnails, confirm which product should change before completing the selection dialog.

## Library controls and click results

| Control | What happens after you select it |
| --- | --- |
| **All** | Shows every available saved image and video. |
| **Images** | Filters the grid to images. |
| **Videos** | Filters the grid to videos. |
| Media card | Opens **Image details** or **Video details**. |
| **Load more** | Fetches additional media when more items are available. |

## Detail controls and click results

| Control or field | What happens or appears |
| --- | --- |
| Type, Source, and Created | Explains what the item is, where it came from, and when it was saved. |
| Prompt and Model | Shows the generation context when it is available. |
| Title | Lets you enter a clearer reusable name. |
| **Save** | Stores a changed title; it is unavailable when nothing changed. |
| **Close** | Closes details without saving an unsaved title. |
| **Set as product thumbnail** | Opens the product selection and confirmation flow for an image. It does not apply to videos. |
| **Delete** | Opens an irreversible confirmation; only the second **Delete** removes the item. |
| Delete **Cancel** | Returns to details without deleting the item. |

## Find and reuse media

1. Open **Media Library**.
2. Choose **Images** or **Videos** when the grid is large.
3. Select a card to open details.
4. Review source, date, prompt, and model to confirm it is the intended asset.
5. Enter a useful title and select **Save**.
6. For an image that should become a product thumbnail, select **Set as product thumbnail**.
7. Choose the intended product and review the confirmation before applying the change.
8. Close details when finished.

## Troubleshooting

| State | Meaning and next step |
| --- | --- |
| **No media yet** | No supported media is available. Create an image or video in Creative Studio first. |
| Empty filtered view | The library has no item of that type. Return to **All**. |
| No changes to save | The title matches the stored value. Close the dialog or edit it. |
| Save failed | The new title was not confirmed. Preserve it, reload, and retry. |
| Thumbnail action absent | Only images can use the product-thumbnail flow. |
| Delete confirmation | The action cannot be undone. Choose **Cancel** unless permanent removal is intended and authorized. |
