Runner could not load or confirm a task action. Approval, rejection, completion, and stopping are separate operations; inspect the current state before repeating one.

1. Close and reopen an input dialog that failed to load, or refresh the task action. Keep a copy of any note before refreshing.
2. Review the latest task or proposal state. If the action remains available and still matches your intent, retry it once.
3. If stopping failed, treat the proposal as still running until its status confirms otherwise.
4. Report repeated failures with the task URL and action you selected.

**Check:** The requested action is reflected in task status: started, approved, rejected, completed, returned to Runner, or stopped as intended.
