**Exact messages**

- Couldn't show this version — try again or pick another.

**Meaning:** Runner could not start or obtain a usable preview for the selected version. This message appears in version previews and the storefront canvas. It does not identify whether the cause is the network, workspace, or saved version, and does not by itself mean the version was lost. A screenshot or older page visible behind the error is not proof that the selected version loaded.

1. Select **Try again** in the preview. This requests that version's preview again.
2. If it fails again, go back to **Version History** and preview another version to check whether the problem affects one version or all versions.
3. Return to the current storefront when you want to continue working. Do not select **Restore** merely to dismiss a preview error.

**Success:** The selected version opens as an interactive page, and its version label matches your selection. If another version works but this one does not, report both version numbers. If none work, report that broader scope to support.
