**Meaning:** The name is unavailable/unsupported, checkout could not open, or purchase/renewal failed. A refund message reports that failure state; it is not evidence of when a bank will display the credit.

Choose another available supported domain when necessary. Retry opening checkout only after checking whether an earlier checkout or order is already in progress. For a failed paid operation, inspect the domain/order status and refund information before purchasing again. If the payment outcome is unclear, contact support with the order reference rather than paying repeatedly.

**Success:** The purchase/renewal is confirmed and the domain appears with the expected registration/renewal state. Verify DNS separately. Escalate payment/status mismatches with the domain, time, and non-sensitive order reference.
