title: "Could not export the design. Check that all images have loaded and try again."
description: "Recovery for design export and image operations. Match the exact message, follow safe steps, and verify the result."
---

**Exact messages**

- Could not export the design. Check that all images have loaded and try again.

- The image could not be exported. Reduce the export size and try again.

- This image or export is too large to render. Reduce the image size or export scale.

- Your browser does not support this export format. Choose PNG or JPEG.

- Background removal did not finish. Your original image is unchanged.

- Could not combine these shapes. Try a different selection.

**Meaning:** The browser could not render/export the design or finish an image/shape operation.

Wait for images and fonts to load before export. Reduce image dimensions or export scale for render-size failures; choose PNG or JPEG for unsupported formats. For background-removal failure, retain the original image and retry the operation. For combine failure, use a different compatible shape selection.

**Success:** Open the exported file and check its contents, or confirm the requested edit appears in the canvas. Escalate repeat failures with export format, scale, browser, and the operation attempted; preserve your editable design file.
