Retry a failed catalog or connection check from Print on Demand. If Runner cannot reach Printful, check the existing connection first, then retry. A connection-status error after disconnecting requires a refresh before another disconnect attempt. Select another blank product when Printful cannot provide usable options.

A missing rating, size guide, delivery estimate, or provider dimension is missing supplier data; do not treat it as a measured value. The shared-app webhook setup message requires a Runner operator, with no store-side reconfiguration. Recovery is confirmed when the connection check succeeds and the required catalog/design options load. Escalate repeated provider failures with the blank product and variant.

- `Printful hasn't priced this size with this technique — try another combination.`
- `Provider rating unavailable`
- `Size guide unavailable from provider`
- `Your designs are safe. Check the Printful connection, then try again.`
- `We couldn't reach Printful`
- `This blank product is unavailable`
- `Printful cannot provide usable design options for this product. Return to the catalog and choose another product.`
