The request may have reached the supplier or created a store product before Runner could confirm it. Open Products and inspect the current item/status before another Add. For Printful product-draft recovery, do not resubmit; ask support to reconcile the existing draft. A failed deletion that explicitly needs support also requires support review.

For a mockup request with the duplicate-task warning, follow its specific instruction: edit and save the design as a new revision before trying again. Success means one intended product or mockup revision is present, with a confirmed status; disappearance of the toast is not proof.
