---

Use the Shopify store address and app credentials for the same source store. Correct missing read access by updating access, releasing the app version, and reinstalling as directed; only a store owner or administrator can change or start the migration. Enter credentials only in the connection form.

For CSV errors, use a recognizable Shopify export, within the displayed upload limit, with actual rows. Split oversized row sets into multiple files. Wait for store preparation or retry store setup before importing. Resume an unfinished import rather than starting another. When an import needs attention, successful records remain; review missing/invalid/conflicting items before retrying them.

A failed progress refresh does not mean the import stopped. Reload status and check imported data. Success means the migration summary and target records agree; use the affected stage/item and migration ID to escalate.
