Runner meters work in Credits and sells capacity as a subscription. These two pages separate the decision from the day-to-day: pick and manage a plan on one, read and stretch the resulting balance on the other.

Plan allowances and prices are planned values that can change before and during rollout. Treat the Pricing page, **Settings → Usage**, and the confirmation Runner shows before payment as authoritative.
