Subscription plans
Compare Runner plans, included Credits, and model access, then change or manage a subscription safely.
Plan & Billing is the workspace-level place for subscriptions, plan changes, billing management, and eligible extra-Credit purchases. Use the values shown there because plan names, limits, and prices can change.

Availability and prerequisites
- Open the workspace whose plan you intend to manage.
- Billing actions can require workspace billing permission.
- Boost Packs require an active eligible subscription.
- A past-due or legacy subscription can show different controls or block a new action.
- The allowances below are planned values. The Pricing page and the confirmation Runner shows before payment are authoritative.
Entry path
Select avatar → Settings → Workspace → Plan & Billing.
The public pricing page and Plan & Billing open on Monthly by default. An existing subscription or an explicit billing-period link can open the matching period instead.

Runner models
Runner offers three models so you can choose quality, speed, and Credit tradeoff without managing provider model IDs.

The underlying catalog can include model families from providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Moonshot AI, DeepSeek, Alibaba, Z.ai, MiniMax, and Morph, and can also cover image generation, video generation, embeddings, and safety checks. Runner routes supported models through its AI gateway and can change which underlying model powers each Runner model as providers release, rename, preview, or retire them. Not every provider serves every feature or account; the model picker shows what is available for the current task.

Review a plan change
- Open Workspace → Plan & Billing.
- Confirm the workspace and current plan banner.
- Select Monthly or Yearly if both are available.
- Review the current plan cards, feature limits, and displayed amount.
- Select the intended plan action.
- Read the confirmation carefully. Do not continue if the plan, period, or amount is wrong.
- Complete payment only in the secure checkout or billing page.
- Return to Plan & Billing and confirm the resulting status. A loading or checkout redirect alone is not proof that the plan changed.
Manage billing or cancellation
- Select Manage or Manage Billing on the current subscription.
- Use the secure billing portal for payment methods, invoices, and cancellation options presented to your account.
- Review the portal’s final confirmation before submitting a financial or cancellation action.
- Return to Runner and verify the current plan banner, end/renewal notice, or pending change.
Buy a Boost Pack
A Boost Pack is a one-time purchase of 350 Credits for US$9.90, plus applicable taxes. It is not a subscription, and its Credits add to the same universal balance.
- Confirm that an active subscription is shown.
- Open the Credit Boost Pack.
- Choose the quantity.
- Review total Credits and total price.
- Select Confirm Purchase only when both are correct.
- Wait for Purchase Complete and verify the balance in Credits and usage.
This is a financial action. Closing the confirmation leaves the purchase unsubmitted. Checkout shows the current price, quantity, expiration, and payment terms before you buy.
States and limits
- Active, Past Due, Canceling, inactive, legacy, and pending-change states can expose different actions.
- An annual commitment can disable Monthly choices.
- A plan change can be immediate, scheduled, or pending additional payment. Use the status Runner shows after the request.
- Setting Up Your Subscription means Runner is still confirming the returned payment state.
- A processing timeout asks you to refresh and verify; it does not prove failure or success.
- Extra-Credit purchase is unavailable without an active eligible subscription.
Troubleshooting
- If the wrong workspace is shown, close Settings and reopen it from the intended workspace.
- If the Monthly toggle is disabled, review the current annual commitment shown on the page.
- If billing management does not open, retry once and allow the secure billing page to open.
- If the subscription is Past Due, follow the displayed billing action before attempting another plan change.
- If payment returns to a processing state, refresh and verify before submitting again to avoid a duplicate attempt.
