Preview, publishing, and domain errors
Match exact Runner error messages to safe recovery steps for storefront previews, saved versions, Design Mode, publishing, custom domains, and design files.
Use the exact message and the screen where it appeared. A preview failure, a build failure, and a publish failure need different actions. Retrying a preview does not publish a store. Restoring a version changes the current project and should be a deliberate choice.
For an unresolved error, share the store link or project identifier, exact message, time, version number if shown, the action that failed, and a screenshot with private information removed. Include visible build details when relevant; never include passwords, API keys, or payment details.
