These helpers failed to prepare content for a message. They do not require abandoning your original prompt or canvas image.

1. If screenshot capture fails, retry once or upload a saved image.
2. If sending media to chat fails, select an image, retry adding it, and check the attachment list. Videos are not supported by this action.
3. If prompt refinement fails, send your original text as written or retry refinement.

Check: The image appears in the chat composer, or your intended prompt is ready to send.

Contact Support and community after one appropriate retry. Include the exact error, page or conversation URL, workspace/store, approximate time, and what you checked. Remove sign-in codes, credentials, payment details, and customer information.
