Attaching a file includes upload and document processing. An attachment shown with an error is not ready for Runner to read.
- Follow the specific validation message: remove unsupported files or duplicates, reduce file size or file count, and keep combined documents within the displayed limit.
- For a damaged document or conversion failure, export a fresh copy and reattach it. For a password-protected document, attach an unlocked copy only if you are allowed to share it.
- For a timeout, excessive complexity, or too much text, use fewer files or a smaller, simpler document. If no readable content was found, provide a version with readable text or paste the relevant text.
- For download or upload failures, remove the failed attachment and attach it again. If document support is unavailable, follow the alternative stated in the message.
- Send only after the attachment finishes processing.
Check: The error clears and the attachment is ready before you send the message.
