Creating a store and navigating to it can fail independently. A store that was created but did not open should be opened from the store list.
- Refresh the store list before creating another store. Open an existing newly created store from that list.
- If Runner asks for three questions, complete the onboarding form and retry creating the store.
- At a store limit, review your existing stores. Delete one only if you deliberately want to remove it; do not delete a store just to diagnose an error.
- For a failed template setup, return to the template and retry once, or contact support if it repeats. For a status refresh failure, load the latest status instead of starting another setup.
- For rename or deletion failures, inspect the list before retrying the intended operation. For general store settings, keep a copy of your intended values, reopen settings, and retry the value that did not save.
- If favicon image generation fails, retry generation once or upload your own image. Select and save the image after it is prepared; an image preview alone does not confirm it was saved.
Check: The intended store appears once in the list and opens, the intended rename or deletion is reflected there, or the store setting and favicon remain correct after reopening settings.
If the error returns
Contact Support and community after one appropriate retry. Include the exact error, page or conversation URL, workspace/store, approximate time, and what you checked. Remove sign-in codes, credentials, payment details, and customer information.
