Runner could not confirm the requested account change. A failed device sign-out means that device may still have access.

  1. Reopen the relevant account setting and check its current value or session list. Save any unsaved text before refreshing.
  2. Retry the same intended change once. For connected sign-in accounts, complete the provider sign-in prompt and return to Runner.
  3. If session revocation or account deletion still fails, contact support; do not assume access was removed.

Check: The saved value survives reopening settings, the provider connection matches your intent, or the targeted session disappears from the session list.

If the error returns

Contact Support and community after one appropriate retry. Include the exact error, page or conversation URL, workspace/store, approximate time, and what you checked. Remove sign-in codes, credentials, payment details, and customer information.
