A failed preview has not rendered the email; keep the editor open and retry Preview. Preserve your edited content before refreshing if saving failed. Reopen the saved email to confirm the intended subject and body, then preview again before sending. A successful save or preview does not mean an email was sent. If the error persists, report the email identifier and whether preview or save failed.
