Couldn’t confirm HTTPS status
Meaning: Automatic DNS changes failed, verification found incorrect/missing records, or Runner could not read certificate status. DNS verification and HTTPS readiness are separate checks.
For automatic setup failure, retry that stage or apply the exact manual records shown in Runner at the domain’s DNS provider. For incorrect records, compare the displayed host, type, and value with your provider. For additional ownership verification, add the requested ownership record. Preserve unrelated records, especially email records. For HTTPS-status failure after DNS verification, retry the status check; do not change correct DNS records solely to clear a certificate-read error. Pending verification may require waiting and checking again.
Success: Runner reports the domain ready and its HTTPS URL opens the intended storefront. Escalate repeated failure with the exact stage and visible record/status details.
