The requested action needs credits or an eligible subscription in the current workspace.

1. Confirm the workspace is the one you intended to use and that you are signed in.
2. Review its credits and plan in billing. Subscribers can use the offered top-up; users without an eligible subscription must choose a plan before buying a boost pack.
3. If an active subscription already exists, manage it from billing rather than buying another subscription.
4. After the balance or plan updates, return to the original task and continue it.

Check: Billing shows the intended plan or available credits and the original task can proceed.

Contact Support and community after one appropriate retry. Include the exact error, page or conversation URL, workspace/store, approximate time, and what you checked. Remove sign-in codes, credentials, payment details, and customer information.
