Skills configuration and imports. Exact Runner messages, recovery steps, and checks for the completed result.

Fill in the required name, description, and content. Use a valid import URL, and select another file if Runner cannot read the file or rejects its path. A failed import adds no skills when the message says so; inspect the list before retrying other outcomes. Refresh unavailable translations and verify the intended skill content after saving/importing. For missing organization context, reopen Skills from the intended workspace. If this persists, report the workspace and skill name without private skill contents.
