A failed send or queue action needs checking the original conversation before resubmitting. A failed question answer can leave Runner waiting for your input.
- Keep a copy of your unsent message or answer. Reopen the original chat and check the latest messages and queued items.
- If asked to sign in, refresh and sign in again before sending.
- If the message or answer did not arrive, use its retry or submit control once. If it is already present, do not send a duplicate.
- For queue, rename, or delete failures, reload the chat list or queue and retry only the change that is still missing. For new-conversation failures, keep the retained input, check the chat list, and retry opening a new chat once if none was created.
Check: Your message or answer is visible, the task moves out of its waiting state, or the intended queue/list change is visible.
If the error returns
Contact Support and community after one appropriate retry. Include the exact error, page or conversation URL, workspace/store, approximate time, and what you checked. Remove sign-in codes, credentials, payment details, and customer information.
