Voice recording and transcription can fail independently; typing is an available way to continue.
- If microphone access is denied, allow it in this site’s browser permissions.
- If recording cannot start, check that the microphone is available and not already in use, then retry.
- If no audio or words were detected, speak closer to the microphone and try again.
- For transcription failures, retry once or type your message. If the browser is unsupported, type instead.
Check: The intended words appear in the input box; review them before sending.
If the error returns
Contact Support and community after one appropriate retry. Include the exact error, page or conversation URL, workspace/store, approximate time, and what you checked. Remove sign-in codes, credentials, payment details, and customer information.
