Open the right store tool or task from grouped navigation and Search.

The sidebar groups tools by the work you want to do. Search finds an available destination or a conversation in the current store.

Entry path: Open the intended store → expand the sidebar → Build, Grow, Measure, or Search.

Before you start

Confirm the store name before navigating or starting a task.
Save a copy of an unsent draft before leaving its conversation.
Tool availability varies with store type, plan, role, and enabled features. A visible entry can still open a prerequisite or plan screen.

Find a destination

Expand the group that matches your goal.
Select the destination.
Confirm its page heading and current store.
Follow any setup or plan message before attempting the feature.

For example, Dropshipping can open a dedicated sourcing experience or the related Store Operations section, depending on the store. Follow the page you actually see. The grouped navigation replaces the older More overflow menu.

Search destinations and tasks

Shortcut: Command + K on macOS or Control + K on Windows and Linux.

Select Search or use the shortcut.
Enter part of a destination or task title.
Review results under Control Center and Recent Chats.
Select a Control Center result to open a tool, or a Recent Chats result to reopen a conversation.
Confirm the intended page or messages are visible before continuing.
Press Escape to close Search without navigating.

The Control Center heading belongs to Search results; it is not a separate sidebar area you need to find.

Switch to another store

Open the current store-name menu at the top of the sidebar.
Select the intended store.
Confirm the new store name after navigation.

The menu also offers Create Store and Workspace Settings. It does not preview another workspace’s store list. See Workspace navigation for settings and account navigation.

Search shows available destinations under Control Center. Select a result to navigate, or press Escape to keep the current page.

The recording types Analytics and inspects the matching destination. It stops before opening the result; select a result yourself to navigate.

Troubleshooting

What you see	What to do
Loading results	Wait for Search to finish loading before selecting a row.
No results	Shorten the query or use the tool’s visible name. Clear the query to inspect available results.
Search failed	Select Try again when shown.
Tool is absent from its group	Check Search, then read that feature’s prerequisites. Availability can differ by store.
Navigation pauses	Keep the task open and follow any message about unfinished work.
A Skill picker opens instead	Close it and use sidebar Search. The Agent command palette manages capabilities rather than navigation.
